• Using the platform to directly compete with Savy Work

6. Intellectual Property

Savy Work and its original content (design, code, brand) are owned by Savy Work and protected by intellectual property laws. Content you create using our platform remains your property.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Savy Work is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind
• We are not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or errors in posts
• We are not responsible for direct attacks on our database by external malicious actors
• We do not guarantee specific results in your marketing campaigns
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription in the last 12 months

8. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or for any reason we deem appropriate. You can cancel your account at any time from settings.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico.
